We operate as an international, yet small Asia multi-city boutique agency, displaying a wider range of model types plus other talent but as an online platform. An agency cocktail… Site is made to give bookers almost instant search and comprehensive booking function with the buyouts now or later. Talents control their profiles and wield fām infrastructures, such as pics, profile, chart, pay preferences, public credits, bookings tracker, book history, unique profile URL and legal contracts systems to solidify their business. How to book models:
First register with us for a Bookers account. We will need your company documents if you are a company entity or ID if as just an individual. After your account is active simply go to the models gallery, select a profile to view in full. If you have questions for the model before booking, select a channel to call us so we can ask questions for a model before you book.
If all is clear, select “book now” in the upper right. The form pages will appear where you enter in all details of the gig and contact information. At the end of the form you submit for review. At that point we review it and once we approve it, the model then views the gig details. If they accept, you will then move to sign the booking agreement. After that you are clear to go to the payments page where you will prepay the entire cost by credit card (by bank wire once we update our payments system in later 2023).
In the booking form you have an optional step to purchase buyout licenses if you know the use will be beyond the selected free usage. If you do not know or wish to do buyouts later you can by logging into your Dashboard and purchasing it later for the model selected. The buyouts section will take your BSF and multiply it by the media format applicable (i.e. OOH) to the selected country, bundle of countries, regional or a full worldwide buyout.
About the booking terminal
The booking portal and its features are the most comprehensive in the industry yet. This booking system allows bookers, casting directors or whomever is charge to log in, search, select and fill out the booking form in around 10 minutes! No need to stay on the phone with a booker at an agency. You have full control of every detail going into the booking which becomes itself a contract. No room for misunderstandings.
The process from there is approval from us, the model and then back to you to sign agreements and pay quick and easy with a credit card. Call us if you have a casting call and would like a group of our models to visit you in person. A non circumvention agreement will need to be signed. Use right / collateral usage. With a basic shoot fee you set, you get one region of online collateral use included.
If you wish to have more regions added, you can do so within your Dashboard and buyout section to add on “Extension”, and select another region for the same type of use but for 1 more regional license. Other specific buyouts such as TV or OOH are separate use rates. With all bookings comes a great very detailed line item invoice which shows all important details. Thus talents and you have full disclosure A to Z which is in great need in this industry.
